Placing an Order
To place an order, you must register on our website. Orders can be made by following the on-screen instructions after selecting the desired product. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors. By clicking the “Purchase Order” button at checkout, you confirm your order. Upon receiving your order, we will send a system-generated email acknowledging receipt, including your order number. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order via a separate email. If your order is accepted, we are legally obliged to provide goods that comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Delivery Costs
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payments made or contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If the correct price is lower than advertised, we may, at our discretion, honour the lower price. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be specified during the checkout process.
Availability and Delivery
Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all items. Orders are subject to stock availability. Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. While we aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, traffic delays, or mechanical failures may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. If delivery cannot be made, we will agree on an alternative delivery date with you. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery is missed, you must arrange collection or redelivery with the courier or postal service.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before processing your order unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payments must be made as outlined during the payment stage of the checkout process.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day cancellation period begins after the final shipment. To cancel, notify us using the contact details above, including your order number. If cancelling due to a fault or issue with the goods, please specify the problem at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Consequences
You must return the goods to us at your own expense unless they were delivered in error or are faulty. Goods must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of cancellation for a refund to be processed. The right to cancel does not apply to the following: goods priced based on financial market fluctuations, personalised or bespoke goods, perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods inseparably mixed with other items.
Refunds Policy
After cancellation, we will refund the cost of the cancelled items, minus any return costs if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation notification if goods were not dispatched, receiving the returned goods, or proof of return if applicable. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For defective or incorrect goods, please return the items. Once we confirm the issue, we will fully refund defective or incorrect products, offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost, or process refunds within 30 days of confirming entitlement.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if stock is insufficient, delivery is unavailable to your location, pricing errors are identified, or the product is deemed clinically unsuitable based on your answers at checkout. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
Title and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once they are delivered and full payment has been received. Once delivered, you are responsible for the goods and any associated risk.
Liability
We are not liable for losses not foreseeable at the time of contract, losses caused by circumstances outside our control, or business losses such as loss of profits, goodwill, or business interruption. Our liability is not excluded in cases of fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, statutory obligations under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, accidents, strikes, industrial action, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force. These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Northern Ireland or Scotland may also bring proceedings in their respective jurisdictions.
