Can Jointace Original be taken alongside medications? Generally, yes! Jointace Original is a food supplement with moderate levels of vitamins and minerals. However, if you’re taking any medications — especially blood thinners or if you have diabetes — it’s best to check with your doctor or pharmacist first. How many tablets are in a pack? You can choose between a 30-tablet or a 90-tablet pack. The recommended intake is two tablets per day. How and when should I take Jointace Original? Take two tablets daily with your main meal, along with water or a cold drink. We recommend not chewing the tablets. Taking them with a full meal helps with nutrient absorption and can prevent any mild nausea sometimes linked to taking supplements on an empty stomach. Avoid tea or coffee at the same time, as these might cause the tablets to break down too early. Are there any side effects? Jointace Original is generally well-tolerated when taken as directed. Why isn’t Calcium included in the formula? While Calcium is vital for bone health, including the right amount would have made the tablet too large. Instead, Jointace Original is designed to complement Vitabiotics Osteocare® supplements if you wish to boost your Calcium intake. Why are some Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) over 100%? Is that okay? Absolutely. Some nutrients are safe even at levels much higher than 100% NRV.
