Q1. Have your products changed recently?
We’ve given our packaging a modern makeover, but the products inside are still the same! There have only been a couple of tiny tweaks to some formulas, but they still taste great and offer all the same benefits.

Q2. Are there any foods or drinks I should avoid when taking Floradix or Floravital?
Yes, certain foods and drinks can reduce iron absorption. It’s best to avoid coffee, tea, eggs, dairy, and high-fibre foods around the time you take Floradix or have an iron-rich meal.

Q3. When is the best time to take Floradix Liquid Iron?
Take it on an empty stomach — about 30–60 minutes before a meal or a couple of hours after. If you’re sensitive to iron supplements, you can take it with food. A splash of vitamin C-rich juice (like orange juice) helps your body absorb iron even better.

Q4. Can I take Floradix or Salus products with my medication?
If you’re on any medication, it’s always wise to check with your doctor or pharmacist first to avoid any interactions. You can also check the leaflet that comes with your medication for advice.

Q5. Can I take more than one supplement at a time?
It depends on which ones you’re combining. Be careful not to take too much of the same vitamin or mineral. Some ingredients may also need to be taken at different times. If you’re unsure, reach out to Salus for guidance.

Q7. Why do the liquid products need refrigeration?
Our liquids are free from chemical preservatives, so once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge (upright) to stay fresh. Use within 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for fresh plant juices). Before opening, store them in a cool, dry place between 15–25°C.
