• Have a serious heart condition
• Have high blood pressure
• Are diabetic
• Have glaucoma
• Have an overactive thyroid
• Have an enlarged prostate

Anyone who has any of the following should speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using:

• Suffer from kidney or liver problems
• Poor circulation
• Intolerance to some sugars

How should Numark Maximum Strength Cold & Flu Relief Sachets be used?

To use this medication, pour one sachet into a standard-sized mug. Fill the mug with about 250ml of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir the mix until the contents of the sachet have been fully dissolved and then allow to cool until a drinkable temperature and then drink it. The recommended dosage is a sachet every 4-6 hours. Do not use more than four sachets in a 24-hour period. Do not use these sachets for more than 3 days at a time.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects when using these sachets are rare, though they can occur. Potential side effects from using these sachets include:

• A skin rash
• Raised blood pressure
• Heart rate changes
• Insomnia
• Restlessness
• Tremor
• Anxiety Difficulties passing water
• Hallucinations
• Increased likelihood of bruising and bleeding
